I had tried every single brand of drier sheets and my clothes were still full of static. I posted my complaint and asked for suggestions on my Facebook wall. Someone mentioned Mr. Steamy. I didn't see them in any stores until I went to a Big Lots and saw them in the clearance section. Bought a box and tried them. I am really and officially a complete and utter fan. Static is almost completely gone - only a few sweaters had a little after drying, but the vast majority had none at all. Ours didn't come with the Fresh Shot, so I don't know what that does, but plain old water works just fine. Because our dog has severe epilepsy, we have eliminated all chemicals from our household any way, so being able to get rid of the smell drier sheets leave in clothes is an added bonus. I will never buy another drier sheet again and when these get old, I will search high and low to buy more. Great product!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2944357409056905579.post-91942584082926314882012-01-28T19:23:56.485-08:002012-01-28T19:23:56.485-08:00I love Mr. Steamy! YOU ARE MY HE...I LOVE YOUR BALLS, MISTER STEAMY!!!! YOU ARE MY HERO!!! MY ONE TRUE LOVE!!!! This product is absolutely amazing!!! It does all it promises to do and more! Everyone should own a pair of Mister Steamy's balls. If you don't own his balls then go to the store and grab them!!! I love them!!!! This is probably the best invention in the whole wild world. I bet the person who invented his balls is a multi-billionaire, no wait, a trillionaire. I want to meet them and have them sign my balls. Their balls are my idol. I get goosebumps even thinking about touching them. You have to be really smart to think of this. I personally don't think they charge enough money for this product. His balls are worth so much more than $20! I would pay up to $500 just for just one of Mister Steamy's balls. I love them so much!!! I cleared the shelf and bought 82 of them just at bed, bath and beyond. I'm starting a collection of
Mister Steamy’s balls. I want to beat the world record for anyone owning the most of Mister Steamy's wonderful balls. I just sold my car so I could buy more balls. My house is full of them. I sleep with Mister Steamy's balls by my head all night long. My goal is to own a million of them. If you don't know if you would like them or not and your not sure, just go to the store. I'm sure Mister Steamy would have no problem at all letting you grab and test out his balls. I promise you that you'll probably be all over his balls in just a second. I’m even jealous of the delivery man who gets to handle Mister Steamy’s package. The reason why they charge you double for shipping and handling is because Mister Steamy has a very big package and his balls are very delicate. They have to take extra good care of them. You wouldn’t want his balls to drop, would you? And remember that in really hot weather Mister Steamy gets sweaty balls. So don’t forget to wash his balls regularly. Thank you, Mister Steamy, for letting me have a chance to have so much fun with your balls. I’ll never forget the first day that I got to hold your package. I’ll cherish these balls forever!! From,

Mister Steamy’s biggest fan!!!

P.S. My only complaint about Mister Steamy’s balls is that they are green. I wish they gave Mister Steamy blue balls.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2944357409056905579.post-24127733294774058552011-04-20T18:07:19.221-07:002011-04-20T18:07:19.221-07:00Save your money. It has saved me money because I bought it mainly to eliminate those nasty, non-environmentally friendly drier sheets. I have had great success with it eliminating the static cling - the other reason I wanted to try it. I don't use anything but water. I bought them mainly because it said the clothes will dry faster in the dryer --I figured the balls would fluff the clothes so more air can get between them and dry faster? I haven't used them yet --do you use just one or both? As I eventually found my way here, you can see I was also skeptical even though I bought them. I figure all the tips here on how to make your own wrinkle release or the products that work such as Downy and the Dollar Store kind will actually return my purchase price in savings so thanks everyone. I'm a BIG sucker for "gadgets" though, lol. Now that I think about it, your dryer has a sensor that can tell when the clothes are dry and stops.. wouldn't adding water to the Mr. Steamy ball just make the dryer run longer? This unfortunately was an impulse buy.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2944357409056905579.post-12639033458685178682011-02-26T22:46:12.462-08:002011-02-26T22:46:12.462-08:00I bought the Mr Steamy don't waste your money....I bought the Mr Steamy don't waste your money. We wear white socks so I didn't think much of it, til next laundry day. When this white fuzzy thing fell outa a Mr Steamy. One Mr Steamy had a large piece inside, but the other had barely anything. The show takes peoples ideas for products they think are good ideas and marketable, test, tweak then package the ones they select which led me to believe it was a good product so I went looking for it online but found this site instead. I'm thinking I'm glad I did because of all you brave souls who did purchase and have critiqued the product making me think the recommendations of a damp towel in with my shirts etc is a better solution.
